Celebrating over 50 years in business in 2020, The Galway Advertiser is by far the highest circulating local paper in the country, free or paid for, with 40,500 copies published every Thursday. 24,500 papers are delivered directly to homes throughout Galway City. The other 16,000 papers are delivered by bulk distribution throughout the city and county, and Thursday is known as ‘Advertiser’ day throughout Galway.
